Are you guys procrastinators like me? Haha, that’s a weird question to start off with. But I have to write to papers for English (which were supposed to be due tomorrow, but because of the snow, we don’t go back until Tuesday) and we got them on Thursday… But I still haven’t even started mine. Like, I seriously hate writing. Like I can’t express to you how much. But the prompts are:
1: Write a simile about what writing is to you (To me, writing is like…) then make a collage based on your simile. From your collage choose one picture and write a 300 word essay on how that expresses writing to you.
2: Based on the story My Name by Sandra Cgisneros, write a story about your name. Where did it come from? Do you like it? Do you not like it? Give reasons why.
Ughhh, I just I hate writing. Like the second one isn’t that bad I guess. But the first one is really hard to write. I’ve tried about 3 times to write it and each time I only get to like half a pae. -_-
So I guess English is going to be the class I hate this semester. I mean I love my teacher, she’s great. But there is soooo much writing in there. Like we have to read 3 books a semester. And every Friday we have to write a 250 word summary on what we had read from the book that week. And we have to do this every single week. Its soo not fun. I mean, I love reading and I read all the time. But I suck at writing summaries of things I’ve read. I can’t really explain it lol.
So I re-newed my domain for another year yesterday. I just have to pay Ali for hosting. I just have to switch from my current host. Cause they’re always blocking my IP. It’s been driving me crazy.
