2: DO NOT be on hiatus or be revamping when you apply. I need to see the quality of stuff on your site.
3: Please add our myspace if you have one.
4: Unique visitors and views don't matter to me, but please update your site at least once a month. I will check.
5: If you read the rules, then for the question that says "did you read the rules" click "no"
6: Chances are if you've talked to me before hand, through CBOX or blog comments, you'll have a higher chance of getting accepted.
